ORDER
JAMES G. MIXON, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon the objection to confirmation of the proposed modified plan of Aaron Gibson (“Debtor”) filed by Newcourt Financial, a division of Newcourt Financial Inc. (“Newcourt”). At a hearing on the objection on January 17,1997, the parties submitted stipulated facts and exhibits, and the Court took the matter un der advisement. For the reasons stated below, the objection is overruled.
The Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 28 U.S.C. § 157. This is a core proceeding in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(L),…
