This matter is before the Court on Trustee Brace C. French’s (“Trustee”) motion for authority to seU property of Debtor Evelyn L. Burd (“Debtor”) at 110 South Cherry Street, Celina, Ohio (the “Property”) free and clear of hens pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(f). The Trustee has provided notice to all creditors.
