Plaintiff-AppellanVCross-Appellee Denise Hughes (“Hughes”) appeals the dis missal of her lawsuit against Defendants-Appellees/Cross-Appellants Region VII Area Agency on Aging (“Region VII”), Region VII Executive Director Bruce King (“King”), and Region VII Assistant Director Drew Orvosh (“Orvosh”).
