Margaret Clark and Dana Clinton filed claims of race discrimination in connection with the termination of their employment as licensed practical nurses (LPNs) from the Michigan City Health Care Center (MCHCC), a nursing home facility that defendants MetroHealth Foundation, Inc., MetroHealth Foundation/Midwest, Inc., and ServiceMaster Diversified Health Services L.P. owned and operated.
