Pursuant to the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act, (hereinafter PMPA) 15 U.S. C.A. Section 2801 et seq., Plaintiff Vader Loomis (hereinafter Loomis) filed a Complaint for preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, seeking to prohibit Defendant Gulf Oil Corporation (hereinafter Gulf) from terminating and not renewing his franchise as a Gulf dealer, and his service station lease as a lessee of Gulf.
