Lettie E. Baker brought suit againsj; Standard Accident Insurance Company on insurance policy for the accidental death of her husband, the assured. The policy provided for protection “against loss resulting from bodily injuries effected directly, exclusively and independently of all other cause through external, violent and accidental means. * * *” The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff on the policy for $2000. and judgment was entered thereon. Defendant appeals.
