FINDINGS OF FACT(1) RBL of Pennsylvania is the local insurance brokerage firm involved in obtaining the insurance coverage at issue in this case through Scottsdale Insurance Company.(2) Thomas Geffers is an independent contractor of RBL, who was directly involved with securing the information necessary to complete the commercial insurance application required to obtain liability and umbrella insurance through Scottsdale.
