Smith v. DeFusco

In this civil action for the alleged conversion of a house trailer and 91 other items of personal property, a justice of the Superior Court sitting without a jury found for the plaintiff, and a judgment was entered in his favor for $2,789.50 plus interest computed to the date of the taking. The defendant appealed.
