The parties will be herein designated as they appeared in the lower court. •

March 9, 1932, plaintiffs filed their petition for judgment on three promissory notes, dated October 1, 1926. secured by mortgage, and foreclosure of said mortgage. Two are for $400 each, payable in two years, with interest at 10 per cent, per annum from date. One of these notes has a credit of $20o indorsed thereon. The third note is for $5,000, due five years from date. All the notes were originally payable to the Enid Bank & Trust Company, of Enid, which duly indorsed and delivered them to the plaintiffs herein.…
