The issue on appeal is the interpretation of Ark. Stat. Ann. § 34-1214 (A) (1) (Supp. 1985). Diana Stover, the appellant, has brought this appeal alleging that she has been deprived of “her vested property rights” which she held with her husband, Curtis E. Stover, a physician specializing in abortions. She was convicted of conspiring to murder the appellee and is serving a sentence in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
