This matter is before the court on preliminary objections in the nature of a motion to strike filed by the additional defendant, E-Z Manufacturing Company, Inc. (hereinafter E-Z), to its joinder.

FACTS

The within matter has a rather complicated and confusing procedural history. This action was initially instituted by Orn Nedrow against his insurer, defendant, Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company.
