PARKER, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal in an action at law instituted in the court below by Graves, Knight & Graves, a corporation, as plaintiff, against J. Wilmore Cox and others, as defendants, to recover the balance alleged to be due under a contract for the purchase of certain lands in Florida. Defendants pleaded the general issue, and also filed a special plea setting up fraud in the procurement of the contract.
