OPINION AND ORDER DENYING RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER DISQUALIFYING COUNSEL

On October 26, 2007, the Court entered an order disqualifying attorneys Scott Smith and Jack Wolfe and the Smith and Wolfe PLLC law firm from representing the plaintiff in this matter. The order was entered after a hearing in which Mr. Smith acknowledged on the record that Mr. Wolfe had “severe conflict” of interest and Mr. Smith himself did not “feel comfortable proceeding” as the attorney for the plaintiff.
