The following parties are before the court in these related cases: DuPage Lumber and Home Improvement Center Company, Inc. (“DuPage”); West DuPage Building Corporation (“West DuPage”); James R. Green (“Green”); Merle B. Smith (“Smith”); First Wisconsin Financial Corporation (“First Wisconsin”); and Georgia-Pacific Corporation (“Georgia-Pacific”). Smith is sued in No. 82 C 6768 “individually and d/b/a MBS Enterprises, Inc.” (“MBS”).
