Hards v. Burton

On the 14th day of February, 1868, Myers, Walker and Heaney executed a mortgage, on a portion of the property described in the bill, to Tuthill and Wells. On the 1st of April, 1868, Smith, Hards and Wright executed a mortgage to Myers, Walker and Heaney, on a portion of the same property embraced in the first, and on other property.
