The Appellate Court for the First District reversed the decree of the superior court of Cook county foreclosing two trust deeds on the property of the Chicago Beach Hotel Company, and declaring the priorities of holders of obligations of the hotel company secured by said trust deeds, and granting other relief, and remanded the cause, with directions to enter a final decree as specified in the judgment of reversal.
