ORDER APPROVING BONUS PAYMENT SETTLEMENT

This Order concerns the final “bonus payment” owed by the World Trade Cen*283ter Captive Insurance Company (“Captive”) to plaintiffs pursuant to .the 2011 Settlement Process Agreement (“SPA”). The Court of Appeals remanded this issue to me, as an issue of contract interpretation. 754 F.3d 114, 121-24 (2d Cir.2014).
