T. H. Gilliland, plaintiff in error, was plaintiff in the trial court and M. R. C. Clark and Ella Mae Clark, defendants in error, were defendants and hereafter they will be referred to as they there appeared.
The record discloses that plaintiff purchased, with his own funds, the N. E. Vi of section 19, township 9 north, range 12 west of the I.M., containing 160' acres more or less, taking title thereto in the name of his son-in-law, C. H.
