This action was begun by Conrad and Lizzie Hitzemann against the appellant and the appellee Ona Olds, his wife. The complaint was filed in April, 1935, and alleges that on or about the first day of February, 1929, the plaintiffs were indebted to divers persons who threatened suit against them; that they employed Hugh B. Olds, a practicing lawyer, as their attorney, and that he continued to represent them for several years thereafter; that they placed great reliance in him as their counselor and adviser in regard to their business affairs; that the plaintiffs had been residents of Allen County…
