This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment in its favor against the defendants Robert B. Muir and R. C. Storrie & Co., for the sum of $1810.39, and in favor of the defendant surety companies in an action to recover from all of the defendants the sum of $79,935.64.

In the early part of 1925 the Feather River Power Company was the owner of Buck’s Creek Project in Plumas County. On October 30, 1925, R. C. Storrie & Co., a co-partnership composed of Robert B. Muir and Robert C. Storrie, entered into a contract to construct for the owner a hydroelectric plant for the sum of $7,691,889. This…
