The sole issue on appeal is whether the district court1 abused its discretion in re*558fusing to grant the appellants’ (“Franchisors”) motion for an evidentiary hearing, a motion they presented for the first time after the district court announced its intention to enforce a settlement agreement between Franchisors and the appellees (“Franchisees”). For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
