The defendant, AFSCME, Council 4, Local 1029, appeals from the judgment of the trial court vacating the arbitration award (award) that reinstated the employment of the grievant, James Argenta, as a police dispatcher with the plaintiff, the town of Enfield (town). On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly vacated the award of reinstatement on public policy grounds.
