Appellant brought this action against appellee, in the Letcher Circuit Court, for the rescission of a contract of lease for a small tract of land in the outskirts of Jenkins, alleging that, after they had arrived at an agreement, appellee pretended to reduce their contract to writing and to read same to her, but that the contract he wrote is not the contract they made, and that her signature was secured to the written contract hy the fraudulent representation, upon the part of appellee, that the writing contained their contract, when it did not;…
