Reversing.

This is an appeal from a decree of the Jefferson chancery court, sustaining appellee’s general demurrer to appellant’s petition, seeking the specific performance of a contract for the sale and transfer to appellant of certain shares of stock in the American Mosaic & Tile Company, and dismissing the petition upon his election to stand thereon.
