SCHROEDER, Justice.

Gerald Michael Anderson (“Michael”) and Elberteen L. Pearson-Anderson (“Tina”) (together referred to as the “Andersons”) appeal from the judgment of conviction entered upon conditional guilty pleas to trafficking in methamphetamine. The Andersons challenge the use of evidence obtained in a warrantless search of them home. The State asserts that the search was authorized under conditions of release on bail contained in a district court order entered in a prior case.
