Affirming.
In Duff v. Duff, 268 Ky. 343, 104 S. W. (2d) 1095, we affirmed a judgment awarding Mrs. Sylvania Duff a divorce from A. J. Duff and granting her the use of their dwelling house for a period of five years. When that judgment was rendered in November, 1935, both parties were close to 70. years old. They had been married for over 49 years. As related in the opinion, when the decree was first entered the chancellor awarded the wife $1,000 as alimony.
