This appeal involves the consolidated class actions of Civil Nos. 6514 and 6673. On June 25, 1984, the circuit court entered an “Amended Decision Granting Partial Summary Judgment and Denying Defendants’ Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment” (Amended Decision).
