OPINION
{¶ 1} Anthony Morgan was charged in the Springfield Municipal Court with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving while under suspension. Morgan moved to suppress the observations made by the arresting officer and any statements made by Morgan to include his refusal to submit "to alcohol or drug analysis."
