{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, John F. Aicher, appeals from the decision of the Kettering Municipal Court overruling his motion to suppress evidence flowing from field sobriety tests and a breath sample taken following a traffic stop for expired license plates. In support of his appeal, Aicher contends that the officer on duty lacked a reasonable, articulable suspicion that he was driving under the influence of alcohol to justify performing field sobriety tests.
