I. INTRODUCTION

After the court resolved the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment, this Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act case comes once again before the court, this time on the issue of amendment of the final judgment. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e), the plaintiff moves the court to alter or amend the court’s order entering final judgment in the case.
