Currently before the Court is the defendants’ Motion to Decertify Subclass 1[467]. The plaintiffs in this case are residents of the District of Columbia and former preschool-age children with various disabilities who allege that the District of Columbia (“the District”) has failed to provide them a free and public education (“FAPE”) in violation of the Individuals with Disabilities Act (“IDEA”).
