SIMONS, District Judge.

The plaintiff, a resident of the state of Michigan, brought suit in the circuit court for the county of Wayne and state of Michigan, by a bill in chancery against the defendant, Ethel A. Hauss, a resident of the state of Florida — the bill charging in substance that the plaintiff is the widow of David D. Allen, deceased ; that before his death he had secretly made alleged gifts of nearly all of his stock, to his daughter, the defendant Hauss, for the purpose of depriving the plaintiff of her widow’s rights in the estate; that the deceased and the defendant had conspired…
