MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment, filed by Defendant, Nutrasweet Company (“Nutrasweet” or “company”), and a Motion for Class Certification, filed by Plaintiff, Catherine Wagner (‘Wagner”), on behalf of the potential class: Anne Marie Sorcenelli (“Sorcenelli”); Sarah Baldwin Weissman (“Weissman”); and Jenny Bridges Cox Harrison (“Harrison”).
