DOUMAR, Senior District Judge:

Craig Patterson was indicted for bank robbery, armed bank robbery, use of force in avoiding apprehension for bank robbery and use of a firearm in connection with a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a) & 2; 2113(d) & 2; 2113(e) & 2; and 924(c)(1) & 2, respectively.
