BOHLEN,* Senior Judge:
Appellant was tried by a general court-martial constituted of officer members. Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted of attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, unpremeditated murder and felony murder, in violation of, respectively, Articles 80, 81 and 118, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 881, 918. He was sentenced to confinement at hard labor for life, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to the lowest enlisted pay grade and a dishonorable discharge.
