ELLIS, District Judge.

I. Introduction

Muhammad and Amal Abdelhaq (referred to collectively as “the Abdelhaqs”) appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia granting John Pflug and Pflug/Long Partnership relief from the automatic stay of section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 362, 1 with respect to settlement of a foreclosure sale of two condominium units.
