DECISION AND ORDER
CONRAD B. DUBERSTEIN, Chief Bankruptcy Judge.
This Court has for determination in the Chapter 13 proceedings commenced by the above-named debtor, the issue as to whether the debtor has an interest in certain real property owned jointly by him and his wife, who is not a debtor in these proceedings, and which property was sold at a foreclosure sale prior to the filing of the petition in bankruptcy.
