GARY L. LANCASTER, District Judge.
This is a patent infringement suit. Plaintiff alleges that defendant’s window covering products infringe his patent in violation of the Patent Act, 35 U.S.C.A. § 1, et seq. Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys fees. Defendant has brought counterclaims under the Declaratory Judgement Act alleging that the asserted patent, and a related patent, are invalid, unenforceable, and not infringed.
