This is an appeal from the lower court’s order granting appellee’s (defendant’s in the court below) motion for a directed verdict against appellant (plaintiff in the court below), at the close of plaintiffs evidence, and in further receiving a subsequent verdict on defendant’s counterclaim, as well as a subsequent verdict on intervenors’ claim, and entering judgment on the latter verdicts.
