Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims dismissing their complaint and raise, three assignments of error, as follows:

1. “The trial court erred in holding that the consortium claim was a claim for recovery of damages for injury to property caused by tortious conduct within the meaning of §2743.16(A) Revised Code; and in dismissing that claim in the complaint.”
