CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.
This case takes place at the intersection of labor relations and insurance law. For almost three years, Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. (Baylor) and the Sheet Metal Workers International Association, Local No. 20 (the Union) were parties to a collective bargaining agreement. The agreement obligated Baylor to make certain payments to an employee pension fund.
