HOWARD, Circuit Judge.
These cross-appeals arise out of an indemnification dispute between an employer and its insurer. The principal issue is whether the employer must be indemnified for certain belated contributions it made to the profit-sharing accounts of various subsidiary employees. Upon determining that these payments (and certain other amounts) were covered by the relevant policy, the district court granted the employer’s motion for summary judgment in the amount of $1,015,138.94 and denied the insurer’s cross-motion for summary judgment seeking a declaration of no coverage under the…
