Affirming.

On June 28tli, 1910, Charles S. Bell was run over Tby one of appellee’s cars, and as a result of Ms injuries he died the next day. The accident occurred near Beechmont Station, a suburb of the city of Louisville. Beechmont Station is a regular stopping place for passengers. At the place of the accident the railway company has a double track. Woodlawn avenue is a public and regularly dedicated street in Beechmont Addition, a suburb of Louisville, and runs eastwardly and westwárdly about 100 feet north of Beechmont Station.
