Parties and Property Involved.

This is an appeal taken by the plaintiff from a decree of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, entered in a suit to quiet title to certain real estate in the City of St. Louis. The decree narrowed the issues to be presented on appeal, eliminating a nuifiber of issues presented by the pleadings in the trial court. As originally filed, the First Amended Petition sought to quiet title to approximately fourteen acres of land lying within the territorial limits of the former town (later city)…
