Plaintiffs filed a bill of complaint on August 1, 1958, asking for specific performance of an agreement regarding the sale of a bar, its fixtures, and the bar license. The bill of complaint alleged that plaintiffs owned a building on Gratiot avenue in the city of Detroit; that in 1932 [1933?] they secured a class C liquor license; that in 1946 this license was transferred to Roland Klee and to Rose Klee, wife of Henry Klee; that thereafter the li cense, bar, and fixtures were sold and transferred to Albert Light and a partner, Norman E.
