OPINION

IRENAS, District Judge.

This matter comes before this Court on the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment as to whether plaintiff William Asquith’s due process rights were violated when he was terminated from a New Jersey Department of Corrections community work release program despite a finding that he was not guilty of the disciplinary infraction that had led to his initial removal from the program.
