LOKEN, Circuit Judge.
In this diversity case, plaintiffs Hold-Trade International, Inc., International Grain Trade, Inc., and Rio Del Mar Foods, Inc., appeal a judgment in favor of defendant Adams Bank & Trust (“Adams Bank”). Plaintiffs allege that Adams Bank wrongfully prevented its financially troubled customer, Quality Processing, Inc., (“Quality”), from performing contracts to deliver processed beans to plaintiffs.
