In late 2007 and early 2008, Wolverine Fire Apparatus Company (“Wolverine”) entered into separate contracts with the Beaverkill Valley Fire District (“Beaverkill”) and the Forest Waverly Fire Department (“Waverly”) (collectively, “the Fire Districts”)— *532each contract for the sale of a completed fire truck.
