Matter Before the Court
This matter comes before the Court by way of a Remand Order and Opinion dated *551September 16, 2016 issued by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (the “District Court”) concerning confirmation of the Debtor’s Modified Chapter 13 Plan.
