The debtor, Lindsey C. Holmes, appeals from an order by Judge Rosemary A. Gambardella of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, entered on remand from a prior appeal. (DE 1-2). Judge Gambardella has denied confirmation of the debtor's modified plan and dismissed the voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 13 without prejudice. (DE 1-2; see generally No. 15-cv-6834, DE 9).
